Mini-guide: your iCal URL (.ics)

Paste the link to your reservations calendar. Don’t open it—just copy the link address. It should end in .ics.

Airbnb
Calendar → Export → Copy iCal link → paste into Form 1.
VRBO
Calendar → Calendar Export → Copy iCal → paste into Form 1.
Hospitable
Properties → Export/Share Calendar → Reservations iCal → Copy link (looks like https://…/reservations.ics?key=…&token=…).

It’s okay if your link starts with webcal:// or includes …&noCache—just paste it.

What you’ll need (before you start)

  • ✓Your direct-booking website URL (with working checkout or request form)
  • ✓Your reservations iCal URL (.ics) from Airbnb/VRBO/Hospitable/etc.
  • ✓Property basics: name, city/region, beds, baths, key features
  • ✓Optional lead image URL (1200×800+)
  • ✓ADR (last 12 months)—estimate is fine; used to recommend a tier
How to estimate ADR
  1. Add up room revenue (last 12 months)
  2. Divide by nights sold

Result = Average Daily Rate. A rough estimate is okay—this only suggests a tier.

What we verify (24–48h)

  • ✓Your direct site opens and accepts requests/checkout
  • ✓Your iCal URL returns valid reservation data
  • ✓Listing details are complete and match your site

We never store guest PII from iCal feeds—only date ranges for availability.

FAQs

What if I didn’t get the Form 2 email?
Wait 5 minutes and check spam. If it’s missing, email support@yourtownsquare.com with your property name and we’ll resend it.
Can I edit my listing later?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email and we’ll update details for you.
Refunds if not approved?
If a listing isn’t approved after verification, we refund your first payment automatically.
